Pros
Working for the Roth Staffing team in Denver has been a complete 180 from the last company I worked for. The branch manager/ my direct manager is unbelievably busy, yet somehow finds time to check-in, provide guidance and training when needed, and makes sure I am never feeling disengaged or unhappy at work. I love that we get an open line of communication with upper management, both regional and corporate, and have the opportunity to share any ideas we have on how we can improve on any aspect of the company, our services, and the experiences we create. One of my favorite parts of working here so far is the emphasis on being a strengths-based organization and team. Every coworker takes the Clifton Strengths assessment on their first day of work to discover their top 5 strengths, which are then printed and framed for our desks. It is such a cool way of learning about one-another and ourselves in a way that promotes team-bonding and personal growth.
Kontras
Occasionally the sales side of the business gets competitive, which can create tension on those high-stress days, but overall everyone works really well together and its a very positive work environment. And many of our BSM/ BSS/ TAS coworkers have competition-based strengths, so in a sales environment that is pretty expected and tends to drive our branch's ongoing success!
