The partners at the firm are very approachable and communicate well. They offered me valuable experience and opportunities to grow as an employee. They value hard work. Must have a strong work ethic and ability to think independently to keep up with a fast paced legal firm with a substantial case load. But anyone willing to be challenged would benefit from an opportunity working with Rosenbaum & Rosenbaum PC

User-friendly database, nice office layout

Don’t expect decent training. I literally sat with the “senior” paralegal for less than 30 minutes and then was left to fend for myself. I was assigned over 50 tasks in 9 days, among other things. The onboarding process is pretty much non existent.
