There are possible bonuses at the end of year roughly 3-5% of your salary. The annual increase can vary but I have gotten 5%. Title change increases are pretty good.
Kontras
I personally do not like setting goals for year because there times you can’t reach them or have to switch your goals. This can affect your annual increase.
