Salary is paid on time; beyond that, there is little left to count as a positive.

The company’s condition is getting worse day by day, and management itself appears to be struggling. Very few new projects are coming in because the company mainly relies on project hunting through platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Many employees spend most of the day sitting idle because of the lack of projects. The company has again laid off junior interns and office boys on one day’s notice, affecting many innocent people. The lunch that used to be provided has also been discontinued because the two female chefs were fired as well. The situation has deteriorated to the point where paying the building rent appears to be difficult. Employees can no longer control the AC on their floor. According to the instructions, all AC remotes remain with the office boy: he turns them on in the morning, turns them off during the break, and all ACs are switched off at 6 p.m. I would never recommend Ropstam to anyone. If you have goals for your life and career, I would advise against joining this company.

Kontras

It would be great to have cold refreshments available during the summer for employees who do not drink tea . Additionally, offering a few free hours each month that employees can use as needed would further enhance the employee experience.

• Good & capable co-workers and mentors. • Well establised internal processes (so there is clarity of how to do, what to do, and where to go) • Any issue with performance is told by seniors asap and they facilitate improvement. • Reporting Heads discuss growth plan with employees. • Encouraged to bring & execute new ideas. • Effort is recognised by Reporting Heads; team members are appreciated for work done, and goals achieved. • Very good salary for Interns (no unpaid internship culture and the salary is above min wage-most companies pay 1/3 of the min wage during internships) • Lots of employee engagement activities. • Very good office facility (beautiful interior, lights, cooling/heating, water, gaming area, books, common room for women, namaz room for men, parking space). • Laptops & requeired devices provided by company. • Hybrid model!
