-Don't make promises you can't keep. The entire Supervisor Team was brought on board being told that a compensation plan was coming. 7 months later no comp/bonus plan in sight.
-If you don't have a solid plan on how to drive in call volume, don't ramp up staffing.
-Take ownership of your mistakes and lack of communication. Do better
