Sometimes has good vintage but get a job that pays a living wage and you can purchase it without working for such an awful company

The owner is a bully who says the most demeaning things to his employees and all of management goes along with it. They pay minimum wage to almost all staff and then complain that people don't go above and beyond. Managers have all been there for years and have a 'this is the way it is' and expect everyone to accept abusive behaviour from the owner and some managers.
