Instructs employees to do the same. -Constant revolving door of employees. -Zero "culture" or "values" in region. -Does not set clear job expectations, then reprimands on a whim. -No team culture. Construction and sales totally separate. -Benefits package is not great. Does not have allowance for glasses, and must pay 20% of dental/prescriptions etc.
