Pros
It was a clean, nice, new facility, but not well stocked with good books and sparse but adequate toys. As a teacher I had to follow their premade lesson plans, which were pretty weak compared with what I could have come up with myself but I guess helps if they have some weak teachers. Schedule was strict as to when we were expected to do things, especially playground time as more than one classroom was not allowed non the playground at once. I really feel the kids should have had more outside time as well. Nice directors. Co workers were great.

Needed more books and better quality books for the kids. More toys. More freedom for the teachers to teach. Make sure you hire good teachers and then trust them to make their own lesson plans and schedule their own days.
