Awful company with unfair workload and poor management - Receptionist bei Rodericks Dental Partners: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Awful, awful company. They have no idea what patients want or need. In my practice they want to do away with reception, giving patients no place to go, making everything electronic, which many providers hate, and is a mess because of all this. Also certain staff members made sure they had good hours- no weekends or late finishes, which meant I had to pick up the slack and management would do nothing to rectify this. Not good for morale and extremely unfair.
