Pros
They are always hiring and you can get people to talk to you. If you have any questions people will answer them. Though there are times that you have to go hunting. You are able to be home if you are in the Amarillo area you can be home daily if you are on the Grocery side of operations.
Kontras
They are a bit obsessed with odd details. Mostly MPG if you are under 5 Miles per Gallon you will get a call or text or both. though there are no details on how you are supposed to resolve the issue. The different departments really don't intermingle. If you venture over to a different department you get a very distinct sensation of you don't belong there and you should leave. There is not encouraging of an ownership mentality so you pretty much feel like you are just an employee instead of you being able to help forward the business to reach its goals.
