Most of the folks you’ll work with are nice, genuine people.

The pay is low compared to market rates and young folks are typically hired out of college to justify this. Favoritism is quite noticeable as there are employees and leadership in known relationships. It was not uncommon to see leadership raise their voice or get upset. Many were overlooked and did great work.
