Compensation that features restricted stock grants today may eventually be very lucrative.

-Top-level management is still figuring out how to lead an organization with multiple business units spread across the world. Corporate-level departments like HR and IT aren't always staffed appropriately. -Top-level management direction is, at times, ambiguous, due to fast-changing priorities that don't always get communicated. -Pay is fair for the region, but other industries often pay more for similar job titles.
