With regards to your comment about asking employees to work for free during lockdown, none of our staff were asked to work and were paid at least 80% of their wages during this time. If you could provide a specific example of when this occurred (anonymously) to peopleandculture@rocketlab.co.nz so we can investigate, it would be appreciated.
