Seems to be no accountability for leadership failures. Disinvestment in technology has made the merger with Mr Cooper a nightmare. Job and expectations are constantly changing but pay is not. Expected to do the job of higher paid associates with no change in pay and no understanding by HR of the fact that this is an issue. Constant mandatory overtime that doesn't seem necessary. The level of stress is insane with no concern for anyone's mental health let alone happiness. Due to Mr Cooper mentality we are now treated like low level agents with no concern for the experience we are having.
