      Ive been with the company for a few years now and I have seen a few dozen people get promoted for quality performance. There is a lot of opportunity for someone to make a career if they are willing to work for it. People are top notch and benefits are competitive.

      The company is still on growth mode so I find myself doing things outside of the norm for my role, but I knew this going into it. I wanted to work at an early stage company so I can see some of the appreciation and this is the cost. I really do enjoy most of it, but looking forward to some of the admin items to be delegated to someone else.

      Just a horrible company to work for. I can't say many good things. Hostile working environment. There's tension on every call. Working conditions led to depressive state. I became unhealthy, I gained weight. Don't leave a job to come here. I've been gone a few years and I am so much happier and healthier to not have to work there anymore. Such a mistake to work there.
