Small work environment, Exciting, hours are great.

Somehow I take on more responsibility each year but my paychecks get smaller.

Pay was decent, as compared to other local options.

The administration is very clique-y, and picks and chooses their "besties". What's worse, is that when a true professional issue arises, they pick and choose which school policies and laws they want to uphold depending on how much extra "work" it will cause them.
