Management is unsupportive forever belittling staff in meetings and blaming them for lack of business. Surly a company that’s been active for 26 years shouldn’t have an issue with business and forcing staff to bring it in?! Companies house shows that the company is in liquidation these are facts and Debbie MacBeattie is named on these files too shame you can’t upload screenshots! MD is a liar and has no idea how to treat staff is also negative about the few senior staff members she has to others in private meetings. The constant turnaround in staff raises a lot of suspicion there are only 3 or 4 members who have been there longer than 4 years for a company that has been active over 26 years that should ring alarm bells. MD also takes no responsibility for the state the company is in its always everyone else’s fault funny to see Debbie leaving reviews for herself along with her daughter, says it all really.
