Managing Director Debbie MacBeattie is still hiring people, despite knowing this, this firing people after a month and blaming staff for the company not making money. The moral here is terrible, most have not been at the company for more than a few months and the way Debbie speaks to and treats her staff leaves a lot to be desired. She is rude, a bully, patronising and extremely ungrateful - the majority of the time she has no clue what she or others are doing but is just throwing around orders to feel authoritative. The fact she knows her company is in liquidation yet is happy to mess with people’s lively hoods and careers with no remorse or sympathy shows the kind of woman she is. She is completely unhelpful, unsupportive and is just using new staff to line her pockets temporarily. I would advise AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS. CHECK COMPANIES HOUSE RECORDS BEFORE APPLYING HERE PEOPLE!
