- They employ a lot of people and treat them equally, however only a few do the work of the rest and their efforts are lost or goes unrewarded. - There isn't a lot of opportunities to learn and develop, you could get stuck in a certain technology (just to get things moving "what the business needs") without being able to learn other languages or develop yourself. - Compensation doesn't depend on each individual output. You could deliver a lot and just get your salary without bonus or commission. -Very bad HR
