Understanding Management (regarding hours, time off, school) although it changes very often, worked with some of the nicest waitstaff yet, good part time job during school.

Management changes hands so many times it was hard to advance from hostess to waitstaff. Business can be very slow at times, others very busy and the kitchen has a hard time keeping up which can cause problems
