Rize is an exciting fin-tech startup to work at. The product is new and interesting and the team are all passionate about delivering on the vision. It always feels like we're on the cusp of explosive growth with new opportunities arising seemingly every day. They company has had some growing pains, just like all the other startups I've worked at, but the team is devoted to working through them together and has always come out on the other side stronger than before. I love brainstorming and solving these unique challenges with my co-workers and I can't wait to see where we are 1-2 years from now. In terms of benefits, Rize has a lot that's great going for it: 1. Small, fast, and agile startup 2. Management team that cares about employees 3. Casual and fun work environment 4. Beautiful new office with standing desks and ergonomic equipment at every station 5. Mostly seamless remote work setup with AV equipment in every room 6. Unlimited PTO and Sick Leave 7. Generous equity packages 8. Weekly team lunches and monthly team outings 9. Mostly flat structure where everyone's voice is heard equally 10. Very commutable location right next to the Court House Metro
