We do want to address the tip pool concern directly, as we understand it's an important topic. RDG's tip structures are carefully designed to be compliant, transparent, and equitable. It's worth clarifying that traditional managers do not participate in the tip pool. However, certain guest-facing roles — who are actively and directly involved in the guest experience — do participate, as is both legal and common practice in high-end hospitality operations. All team members work really hard and are dedicated to make RDG #1. Learning and Development is a large focus which is great for professional development. HR team takes time to reflect on how to improve morale and strives to ensure the work environment is safe and equitable. Expectations are high so you must be on time and ready to perform at your best. You will work with a great group of people and have the ability to make an impact since this is a growing brand.
