I tried to reach out to HR through "the propper channels" nd3 days later had to follow up because no one reached back out. by the time someone id replay, and I'd explained the issue a 2nd time, I didn't hear anything , NOTHING for over a week. By the time I heard back from anyone it was the "you have been terminated" email because I didn't go in and gave up on calling in every day after 9 days and not getting any support. My issue? I couldn't physically continue to work general assembly, leaning into and out of the vehicles 5 times, bending , kneeling at odd angles, for 12 hour shifts and was trying to get an accommodation to do something less physically stressful for part of my shift. I was so excited to be part of Rivian and SO disappointed with their HR's Not relaying my concern from my first attempt, then leaving me hanging for over a week after I talked to them again.
