Fully remote, unlimited PTO and very flexible with scheduling (especially if you have kids and are coordinating pick ups and drop offs etc.). Great for people who are self motivated and do not need a micro manager to make sure they are accomplishing their daily tasks.
Kontras
Similar to the above, this is a hard culture to be successful in if you need external motivation, daily check ins, or someone to make sure you are staying on top of your todo list.
