Pros
Many opportunities to learn and get great supervision. Supervision on county time. Opportunities to work for multiple programs and get a variety of experience. The people who work there tend to love what they do and care about the consumers they serve.
Kontras
Low pay for the amount of work put in. Low incentive to stay w/ RUHS once you become a licensed therapist. They are working on incentives, but there are currently better opportunities elsewhere.
