People you work with are fantastic.

Bad company policies make leaving a nightmare. Employees are just a means to an end and making their "Not for Profit" company more money, of which they are rolling in it.

Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

Kontras

Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
