There are no cons in my opinion

International staff with lots of opportunities to meet amazing people. They hire the brightest most out-going counselors for their kiddos, so your co-workers are amazing. Lifeguard training is very thorough and prepares your for any scenario you would find yourself in. Wave-Runner staff is the best job at the camp.

Summer in Sanger can get pretty hot. Not a ton to do on days off in Fresno, especially if you don't have a car.
