I’m having the best experience with Nikki at Ritz Recruitment. Forget about sugar coating or cba attitude from most of recruiters out there. Nikki was honest with feedbacks telling me where I should improve making me a stronger candidate for the upcoming interviews. She was very empathetic when I lost a family member during the interviews process and did catch up with me daily with opportunities and insights. She has also chosen the opportunities based on my personality and CV rather than just send me to whatever, feels like a tailor made service, which you can’t ask for more! It’s safe to say I’m now referring my colleagues and friends to Nikki. It’s good to mention the outstanding help she gets from Jo, which is someone who absolutely knows what she’s doing when it comes to recruitment.
