      Great colleagues, ambitious, and fun

      Didn’t feel I could balance work and home life. It was not respected. Honestly felt I never really fit in. With regards to salary and role levels, there was too much mistrust (and miscommunication) towards employees, and their motivation. Rewarding and seeing inappropriate behavior as “strengths”, rather than addressing it when it clearly had negative impacts.
