Was very impressed by the recruitment process, particularly by their relative transparency ( I received a tour of the building during my interview and was told about what work I might be doing). Normally, this would only happen after I got the job. Also, the HR person was engaging and pretty open throughout the process. I'm use to companies acting like its a privilege for them to even consider your resume and invite you to an interview, and also often they behave more formally and cold so as to deliver the possible rejection more easily.
