Politics in engineering. Everything based on ego and personal gains of upper management (CTO, Head of engineering, other managers, tech leads, seniors). Upper mgmt don’t do anything, just come to office and sit in smoking area.
They target and isolate employees whoever they dont want to stay. Playing blame games and unnecessary yelling on employees in meeting. Many people have left because of this.
Little to zero support given to employees, absolutely unnecessary yelling in meetings, bad office atmosphere.
