- Really exceptional team. Some of the best people I've worked with in my career. - A focus on the right things, balances punchy growth targets with profitability and longer term initiatives. As a result, there is room to think about things, experiment and try novel approaches. - Leadership are real leaders: competent, relaxed, and let you get on and make impact. - Great existing product in cyber security. Customers find it genuinely different + there's a lot of potential to unlock in the freemium side of the product.

Pros

- The people are generally lovely, apart from the cliquey leadership team - Despite not fully cracking product market fit, is cool and extremely important in the ever-connected world - Nice offices - Good flexibility

Where to begin.. - As mentioned, the leadership team are extremely cliquey - Personal situations get spread among them and subsequently to the rest of the business - Don't expect to be able to do things your own way or make suggestions on how to do things better, you'll be ignored and patronised - You will be back-stabbed at the first opportunity if you under-slightly with little-to-no opportunity to up-skill - People who were great at their job were asked to leave or managed out for wanting to do things differently - I witnessed this first hand to myself and other ex-colleagues - There is little opportunity for the product within Financial Services, yet the business keeps trying to force it to happen
