VERY high turn over rate with employees and higher management. I witnessed three surprise layoffs. Rising makes lots of promises with improving training and onboarding new clients, but it takes months to even happen if it does. It’s a very mundane, and repetitive job with unrealistic goals to make especially when training is subpar and movements within management happens frequently to keep up with people leaving and being fired. Lots of favoritism to upper management. They have gotten away with some inexcusable things. The CEO could be at the office more than twice a year to lead his employees seeing as though he only runs two offices.
