      Completely overworked. Double AMs every year then regularly put bottom half on performance plans and offer little help for them to succeed. Process changes every other week. Not enough client accounts for all AMs to meet quota. Reduce your accounts and raise your quota. We

      - The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
