Company maintains that it can terminate employee without prior notice They even didn't pay a month salaries of a few employees. When those employees keep on asking for their salaries, they tried to threaten them with false charges in court cases

      - Below market salaries - No benefits(medical, PF, bonuses) - CEO thinks he is doing favour on employees by giving them salaries - CEO should just be a MEP contractor and not CEO of a modern software company. - They haven't given due salaries to a few of their ex employees. When one of them pushed aggressively, company threatened him with police case and he had to back off. - they use different harassment tactics to pressure employee to not pursue their due rights.
