      Ripple Effect is a flexible, fast paced, and fun work environment. They hire great people, respect their employees, and continuously strive to improve employee benefits and the company atmosphere. Ripple Effect is very transparent and involves employees in company-wide decisions. The result is engaged employees who care about their jobs and a company that continues to grow and be more successful every year.

      The fast pace and number of high achieving employees can make starting a job at Ripple feel a little overwhelming. However, the company provides a lot of support to new employees to help them become a part of the culture and jump right in.

      Thank you for this feedback. We are committed to achieving a positive environment and 'dynamic equilibrium' (balance in professional and personal spheres) for all Ripplers. We are glad that our focus on thorough onboarding, including our buddy program, has made a difference for new staff. We definitely have a high-achieving workforce and know that together we can achieve great things.
