I loved this job especially for the inclusive work environment and excellent hours. I have kids and was able to work around their schedule. Management is very pro-family and very forward thinking.

This is a seasonal job being that it’s school pictures and they’re taken in the fall.

You get a paycheck, some cool coworkers

No benefits, work just dries up, pay is awful, management and ownership are terrible, no job security, no PTO. Owner does not care about your performance, it's all about his ego.
