Not really at the forefront of new technologies. They tried to get the cheapest developers possible. Paying for good talent was not on their agenda then. Maybe it is now. Office was crowded and not cheerful at all.
Kontras
Blame game. Lack of work flexibility. Have to be in the office at 10. Can't work from home or remotely. Laptop is subsidized. You get a 25% discount but you have the installment deducted from your salary. CTO doesn't share much responsibility. Takes on too much.
