There are a number of vacancies that need filled to smooth out a few kinks. (Thanks, Glassdoor. It is not nice how you've created a feedback reinforcement loop. This makes it an uphill battle to pivot and create a great workplace, being saddled with prior reviews. You've increased the burden here greatly.
