Pros
I can't say enough good things about RP. I've never felt truly, individually valued as a team member until I joined this team. It's a cool, smart, funny, quirky team vibe. (Very refreshing for me, coming from a more corporate scene.) Brad and Ross are genuinely good people. They set a very high bar for their leadership team to be as caring, compassionate and results-oriented as themselves. It is not always achieved by all, but it is aspired to.
Kontras
Acquisitions are tough - doesn't matter where you go. And it takes a very strong culture to absorb the shocks. There's a natural uptick in turnover when teams come together but that's the way these things work. RP is not immune to this. The litmus test for me is not whether things are perfect but whenever leaders CARE and are motivated to do the right thing. I can say, unequivocally, this is true in my experience.
