Pros
The consultants in the outplacement space are phenomenal and the outplacement process is very gratifying. Working with my immediate team is the only reason I've lasted as long as I have. They are the most dedicated collaborative team I've seen.
Kontras
Starting from the top of the house down to lower level managers, the company does the exact opposite of what is consulted to clients. Zero communications, bad behavior, no follow through, favoritism, very hypocritical. No support for the sales organization, throws way too much money into overpaid talent consultants that don't pull their weight. Lack of respect and distrust among most of the departments. Very little collaboration and too many hurdles internally that ultimately reach the customer.
