Company is centered on the development of paying clients outside the organization, but hasn't worked to develop their own people. Right Management knows the language associated with consulting, but has a limited number of clients who purchase talent management services. Leadership is lacking, and has an inability to validate employee concerns. Over the past 2 years there has been a mass exodus in the Northeast Region, we all find it hard to believe leadership remains in tact with all the departures. Who's minding the store?
