A lot of senior, experienced, and/or well-respected staff have voluntarily left or are leaving - many have been recently forced out. Current management doesn't know how to run a company, at least not a successful one with happy employees. The recent "reduction in force" hurt morale in a way that is probably unfixable, and rumors of another RIF round have a lot of people worried. Newer senior leadership is clueless about companies our size, and have introduced a lot of toxic politics and fear into the organization.
