The salary was alright, the working conditions (desk, computer etc.) were also acceptable, most colleagues from other departments were kind and caring,
Kontras
The colleagues and management were horrible in the HR department. Emotional manipulation, gossiping, no feeback, no support, onboarding was non-existent. It's an emotionally hostile working environment.
