Pros

Good place to make a descent living but don't plan on having a life. Salary employees are used in place of hourly positions without compensation.

Kontras

Upper management has a lack of respect for the people outside of the office who do the work, major change from 4-5 years ago. The new management talk slot about ethics but try to force people to do things otherwise when it suits them.
