      Competitive pay, supportive management, challenging work but in a fun way, great team building events

      Entrepreneurial spirit of management, great respect for employees, and flexibility in schedule. Ridgefield One is a dynamic place to work. We work on a variety of both technical and creative projects which makes the job stimulating and always interesting.

      There are often many interruptions because we all work in close quarters.
