A good stepping-stone in sales career. Tough industry but if you survive a good 2 years, it looks good on your resume. Global company, excellent sales training, a neccessary foundation for business and corporate sales. It can be a good place if you are lucky enough to have a good manager.. a bad/incompetent manager can demotivate you.
Kontras
Company cannot support sales effort: customers complaint about services, billings and inventory issues.. most of the issues are beyound sales person's control.. if a company is pushing people to sell something, they need to have the support to back it up. Customers only contact you when there's a complain. Company is going through alot of changes with the merger of IKON, quota has been increased while compensation decreased. Good sales people don't get compensate like they used to.. interested to see how they'll retain the good talent.
