Didn't feel as just-another-office. Genuine attempts made at fostering a positive company culture and giving employees opportunities to grow within the company, try new roles, and contribute in different ways.
Kontras
Small company so may not be at the cutting edge in some areas (internal systems which come from the Dutch HQ are very outdated... lots of janky exports to excel sheets etc.)
