NO Career opportunity if you are not favored. NO direction. Management claim to have open door policy, yet scrutinize (but make sure you don't say retaliate) you for anything said in confidence. Insensitivity towards the power that lower level employees do not have by higher ups. Bleeding quality employs due to politics and giving resources to lack luster coworkers who play the game well. Lots of lip service from higher ups Morale is low, turnover is high, no work life balance, and many capable employees leave because they feel undermined rather than developed.
