Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience working at Ricardo. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the exposure to high-profile projects, the diversity in project types, and the professionalism in Ricardo.
We understand your concerns about employees being spread out across different sites, working in site offices, or from remote locations. We recognise the importance of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion in creating a positive work environment. While remote work and dispersed teams have become more prevalent in today's professional landscape, we strive to find ways to foster connectivity and teamwork.
To address this concern, we have implemented local social committees who are responsible for organising a range of activities and meet ups outside of work to give colleagues the opportunity to socialise and get to know each other better. If this is not happening in your local area, please raise this with your HR team. We also run virtual knowledge sharing so colleagues can learn from others. Tackling this challenge is ongoing so let us know if you have any ideas to help.
We encourage you to proactively reach out to your colleagues, both within your immediate team and across Ricardo. Additionally, consider using available resources such as internal forums, mentoring programs, or knowledge sharing sessions to connect with colleagues and learn from their expertise.
Your feedback is valuable to us, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and find ways to better support our employees. We appreciate your contribution and are committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment where all team members feel connected and part of a cohesive team.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. If you have any additional suggestions or feedback, please email your Team Leader and/or HR rep. We value your input and look forward to continuing to provide you with a positive work experience.
